The new version of Angelpc´s software (v.1.2.7) is already available and includes several breakthroughs.

Inform yourself about the new functionalities in the following list:

•  Interface with state-of.-the-art design.
New shapes, new colors as well as a new distribution of the elements (buttons are by clicking on the name of the technician).

• List of technicians:
- All of Angelpc´s users will be ordered by connected-unconnected and in alphabetical order.
- Differentiation between technicians of Angelpc, technicians of the company and users. Angelpc´s technicians are identified by the white wings icon.  The technicians of the company (user with a technical role) are represented by a wrench. Users keep their blue icon.

• Technical contact window: It allows to see the history of incidents of the user. (open and closed).

• Session log in window:
- Possibility to change password
- Direct access to the registry of an Angelpc purchased from a store (by entering an alphanumeric code).

• New possibilities in each functionality:

1. Chat
- Chat´s History button.
- Chat´s button in charge of deleting its history.

2. Call
- Hang up button
- Microphone button: Used to record conversations.
- Volume set button.

3. Remote session
- Possibility to share the entire desktop or a single window.
- Cancellation of the session through the “Escape” button of the keyboard.
- Button in charge of recording the remote session (film camera).
- Display of the recorded sessions from My Documents / Angelpc/ VNC
- New buttons within the remote display: pencil, refresh, and close.

• Extension of the Help option:
- Incorporation of assistance telephones, even though there is not an Internet Connection available.
- Tour through angelpc: brief explanation on the use and operation of the service.
- Access to help, even though you are not connected.

• Information Window about the new versions of Angelpc as well as direct and immediate updating.
