The Quality Policy is a part of the company’s global policy and through its definnite guidelines and the acquired commitment of the General Management, AngelPC tries to reach the following General Objectives.
- To obtain our service and trade actions with the maximum quality and with differentiating values like, the answering capabilities, the technical capacity, the intelligence, the imagination and the supply of innovative services, that allows us to identify and satisfy the clients’ needs.
- To ensure our clients’ and users’ satisfaction through the excellence of our services.
- To increase our service quality and innovation through the continual improvement.
- To increase and consolidate our position in all Markets.
- To have a trained and motivated staff by developing and ensuring team-work wich enhances motivation, integration and staff satisfaction thus reaching the process of continual improvement and their orientation to client and staff for their respective satisfaction.
- To have enough flexibility to adapt to our clients’ requirements within a dynamic, changing and competitive environment.
- To Increase and consolidate innovation and learning in the operative and the managing processes within a continuously improving environment.
- These objectives, both political and practical politic and actions, are reflected in the Quality Manual and in the documents belonging to the Quality Management System and those which are evaluated and approved periodically by the Management within the Quality Committee.
